Most orders are made-to-order and take 3–7 days to print, finish and pack. Larger or custom pieces may take a little longer — we'll always confirm the timing before we start.

Yes — many of our products can be printed in your choice of colour from our materials library. If you have a specific colour in mind, just let us know.

Can I request my own design?

Absolutely. We love custom projects. Send us a sketch, a reference photo or a 3D file via the Custom Project page and we'll quote, refine and print it for you.

We print primarily in high-quality PLA and PETG — durable, non-toxic materials suited to home décor, gifts, toys and collectibles. We'll always recommend the best material for your piece.

Yes — every piece is printed fresh in our home workshop after you order. It means a little extra wait, but you get something made with care, just for you.
